主要职责Principal Accountabilities
Execute mechanical maintenance work for the whole plant, including different kinds of pumps, chiller, air compressor steam system, packaging machines, lubrication, steam system and HVAC etc.
对全厂设备设施进行机械维护保养，包括各类泵、冷机、空压机、包装机械、设备润滑、蒸汽系统和暖通空调等。
Organize and complete maintenance work according to SOP requirement.
按照公司规定的作业指导书进行维修、保养；
Carry out proactive and failure maintenance work , timely feedback;
执行主动性维修和故障维修，作业过程中及时反馈沟通；
Equipment failure handling and analysis,
设备故障处理和原因分析；
Respond to site emergency maintenance requests
响应现场应急维修需求;
Daily record and close work orders in CMMS;
每日在CMMS中记录关闭工单；
Any other duties as assigned
上级安排的其他任务
工作经验，专业技能，知识，教育背景，语言能力Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Education, Language
College or equivalent, with related major in “Mechatronics” or “Process Control and Equipment Engineering” .
大专学历并有相关机电一体化或过程控制与装备工程相关专业；
Intermediate level of maintenance fitter, electrician certificate is preferred；
检修钳工中级，有电工证（高压、低压）；
Continuously learning and improvement awareness；
有持续学习和改进意识；
No less than 3 years experiences in mechanical equipment in international chemical or food industry company；
至少5年外资化工或食品行业机械设备维护经验；
Modest, initiative, have good interpersonal and communication skills;
谦虚，积极主动，有良好的人际关系和沟通能力；
Be able to read manual in English
有英语资料和邮件的阅读能力
Mechanical component tolerance matching and reading and drawing skills
机械部件公差配合和读图绘图能力
Be able to use Microsoft Office and ；
能够操作办公软件；
Be able to involve in shift work if needed
