1. 主要负责装置动静设备的点检及维护保养工作，保证其正常工作
Major responsibility is for static and rotating equipment preventive inspection and maintenance activities
and keeps it working normally.
2. 协助制定设备预防性维修计划，建立设备运行档案
Assistance to prepare preventive maintenance plan and equipment operation file.
3. 协助管理外修承包商
Manage contractor with instrument engineer.
4. 及时处理工厂内的突发故障
Being on call for plant maintenance on a 24 hour basis.
5. 贯彻执行良好作业规范
Implement of Best Operational Practices.
6. 为外修承包商提供技术指导，控制维修质量
Provide technical guidance to contractor people and supervise maintenance quality.
7. 协助负责相关零备件管理，控制维修费用
Spare parts management, repair and cost control.
8. 遵守公司环境健康和安全要求，并不断完善
Comply with company EHS requirements and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
9. 其它分配的工作 Other assigned tasks.
大专或以上学历,机械类专业(化工机械)
technical secondary school degree or above, major in mechanical or related
至少 3 年化工行业机械维修工作经验
At least 3 years’ experience in servicing machine about chemical field
1.具有一定的化工设备检修及维护经验，如屏蔽泵、离心风机、齿轮箱等；
Have definite maintenance experience in chemical facility maintenance, for example canned pump、centrifugal
blower、gearbox etc.。
2.能够测绘零部件尺寸，并绘制CAD图纸；
Can measure the size of equipment component and complete drawing use AutoCAD.
3、掌握一定的日常巡检、机械振动及润滑方面的知识。
Have some knowledge in routine check、vibration、lubrication。
优秀的独立工作能力； Independent work ability.
良好的沟通、协调能力以及团队合作精神
Effective communication and coordination skills, excellent team-work spirit
