1.Responsible production under safety environment; Take leading for safety improvement.
2.Ensure products are manufactured under defined standard process.
3.Ensure production delivery based on customer demanding & production planning.
4.Planning for production headcount and strive for promoting productivity.
5.Take the lead in implementing corrective actions and preventative actions at productions to ensure high-quality products delivered to customers.
6.Coordinate and communicate with production related functions for improvement.
7.Maintain timely & accurate production related record and analyse production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions.
8.Promote development of production personnel in accordance with business objectives.
9.Other tasks from production manager.
1.Bachelor's degree.
2.Rich experience in a similar production environment in metal or Machinery Company.
3.3~5 years'experience on production site management.
4.Experience with ERP.
5.Proficient on MS Office Software.
6.Oral English for daily communication.
7.Knowledge of LEAN production.
