1.Monitor and patrol HVAC equipment to find alarm and equipment trouble.
2.Keeps whole building ventilation system running in good situation by inspection and repair work.
3.Using the preventive maintenance plan to ensure all HVAC system in good condition
4.Use Maintenance Matrix system for daily maintenance work and keep maintenance history record by it to ensure the Equipment database is updated
5.Provide proposal and implement it for system improvement.
6.Help maintenance manager work for some project.
7.Handling temporary work from Manager.
8.Manage technicians and contractor’s work for normal operation.
9.Lead the R&D maintenance team HSE work.
10.Use and monitor spare parts inventory for new R&D public facilities system.
Educational: Bachelor
Specify: HVAC, facility
Specific tools/systems needed: MS Project/Primavera; MC Sys; AutoCAD; Navisworks (3D)
