1. Product Cost Accounting & Management (~70% Focus)
· Cost Accounting: Establish and improve the product cost accounting system and standardize related processes; be responsible for the accumulation, allocation, and accounting of raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods costs, ensuring data authenticity and accuracy.
· Overhead Allocation: Accurately collect and allocate manufacturing overhead; regularly analyze key data such as labor hours and spoilage rates.
· Inventory Management: Participate in physical inventory counts; analyze and process inventory surpluses, shortages, and write-offs; monitor inventory levels and assist in optimizing inventory structure.
· Cost Analysis: Prepare regular cost analysis reports, perform variance analysis between actual costs and standard/budgeted costs, investigate the root causes of variances, and provide effective cost control and optimization recommendations.
· System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize the cost-related modules and data flow within the ERP system to enhance the automation and intelligence of cost accounting.
· Month-End Close: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual cost closing activities on time, preparing relevant financial vouchers and reports.
2. High-Tech Enterprise Application & Management (~30% Focus)
· Application Leadership: Take full responsibility for the HNTE application process, including initial certification, re-certification, and annual compliance filings.
· Documentation Coordination: Lead the identification, gathering, and preparation of documentation for R&D projects and High-Tech Products/Services; establish, account for, and compile the R&D cost subsidiary ledger, ensuring R&D expense ratios meet HNTE requirements.
· Data Support: Collaborate with the R&D/Technical department to collect and review relevant supporting documents for intellectual property, Technology Achievement Transformation, and R&D organization management level.
· Liaison & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for external parties such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, tax bureaus, financial audit firms, and IP service agencies regarding the HNTE application, ensuring compliance and completeness of materials, and tracking application progress.
· Policy Research: Continuously monitor changes in national and local HNTE policies and regulations; assess their potential impact on the company and provide decision support for compliantly enjoying tax incentives and financial subsidies.
· Process Optimization: Establish and improve daily maintenance procedures for the HNTE status, ensuring the company continuously meets relevant metrics even outside the application cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
· Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
· Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in standard costing or activity-based costing.
· Complete and successful project experience in preparing and submitting a High-Tech Enterprise application, with familiarity of the entire process and key milestones.
· Knowledge:
· Thorough understanding of Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and relevant financial regulations.
· In-depth knowledge of the "HNTE Certification Management Measures" and guiding documents, with a precise grasp of core requirements such as R&D expense scoping, definition of R&D personnel, and the linkage between IP and products.
· Skills:
· Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, Yonyou, Oracle, SAP) and advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to independently prepare high-quality application materials and analysis reports.
· Personal Attributes:

· Outstanding communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Strong ability to work under pressure and drive projects to completion, meeting application deadlines with high quality.
Preferred:
· Holding an Intermediate Accounting Certificate or higher.
· Background in typical high-tech industries such as software, electronics, biopharmaceuticals, etc.
· Familiarity with other R&D-related tax incentive policies (e.g., R&D Super Deduction).
