1.Develop, define, and optimize manufacturing technologies and processes
2.Provide technical and technological support to production
3.Identify, analyze, and resolve complex manufacturing problems
4.Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
5.Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and manufacturing methods
6.Define and optimize manufacturing methods, process parameters, tooling, and fixtures
7.Estimate manufacturing capacities and assess production feasibility for special products
8.Evaluate product manufacturability and identify opportunities for technological improvements
9.Develop, maintain, and standardize technological documentation and manufacturing procedures
10.Support the implementation and validation of technological changes
11.Cooperate with Production Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant departments
12.Lead or participate in technological improvement projects
13.Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to Process Engineers and production teams
14.Ensure the technical suitability and effectiveness of manufacturing technologies and methods
15.Ensure the technical accuracy and validity of technological documentation.
16.Ensure proper validation and implementation of Technological/Engineering changes
17.Drive technological improvements to increase productivity, quality, and process stability
18.Reduce manufacturing losses, scrap, rework, and costs through technological improvements
19.Ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and applicable manufacturing standards
20.Support the development and standardization of manufacturing best practices
21.Other tasks from supervisor.
1.Technical education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology.
2.At least 5-7 years'similar experience as technologist.
3.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization.
4.Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing procedures.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Steel structure company background.
7.Fluent in English.
