Raw material Information Group (RMIG) Technologist
General Accountability
1.Research and stay on top of China food related rules and regulations, ensure all raw materials/packaging/food related products follow all these rules and regulations.
2.Be able to independently complete the supplier/raw material approval process according to China regulatory standard, and NWF policy and procedures.
3.Capable of designing NWF raw material specification, reviewing supplier specification, under raw material standard, regulatory, and NWF R&D requirements.
4.Familiar with China food safety related standard and regulations on labelling, food additive/food related products/foods, including but not limited to GB 2760/GB 7718/GB 28050 etc. Ability to design imported food raw material/packaging/food related products’ Chinese label.
5.Conduct raw material adulterate and vulnerability assessment, verification and conformity assessment to legality, food safety and quality.
6.Supplier Q&FS audit, as needed
7.Protect Newly Weds Foods intellectual properties.
8.Cooperate with related departments to build and excel the raw material quality and food safety systems.
1.研究并掌握中国食品相关的规章制度，确保所有原材料/包装/食品相关产品都符合这些规章制度。
2.能够根据中国监管标准以及公司的政策和程序独立完成供应商/原材料审批流程。
3.能够设计公司原材料规格，审核供应商规格，符合原材料标准、法规以及研发要求。
4.熟悉中国食品安全相关标准和法规，包括但不限于食品标签、食品添加剂/食品相关产品/食品，如 GB 2760/GB 7718/GB 28050 等。具备设计进口食品原料/包装/食品相关产品的中文标签的能力。
5.对原材料进行掺假和脆弱性评估、验证以及合法性、食品安全和质量的符合性评估。
6.根据需要进行供应商质量与食品安全审核。
7.保护“纽利味食品”公司的知识产权。
8.与相关部门合作，建立并完善原材料质量和食品安全体系。
Requirements:
1.University in food, chemistry, pharmacy and related majors, bachelor and above. Food industry QA experience is preferred.
2.Good English reading and writing
3.Proficient with office software and be able to review and update raw material regulation documents in time.
4.Good communication and teamwork. Flexible for travel.
5.Time management, and self-sufficiency
1.食品、化学、药学及相关专业，本科及以上学历。有食品行业质量工作经验者优先。
2.良好的英语阅读和写作能力。
3.熟练掌握办公软件，并能够及时审查和更新原材料管理规定文件。
4.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，便于出差。
5.时间管理以及自给自足。
