You task
Projects related Cost Unit creation, tracking, grouping and closing
Be responsible for projects planned costs and hours importing and tracking
Preparing monthly projects forecast and communicating with the project managers
Be responsible for monthly costs distribution and rebooking
Tracking interrelation between project and CoU status, be responsible for projects financial closing
Work together with other financial related functions to make sure financial quarterly closing properly
与项目有关的成本单元的创建、跟踪、分组和结算
项目计划成本及计划工时的导入和跟踪
每月项目成本预测并与项目经理沟通
每月成本分摊与重新计算
保证项目进程与成本单元的状态一致，负责项目结算
与其他相关部门的合作，以确保项目结算正确
Your profile
Bachelor degree and above of Accounting or Financial Management.
Experience on project cost management is preferred.
Strong competencies in driving result, planning and collaboration.
Good communication and cooperation.
Proficient in oral and written English.
本科以上会计或财务管理专业；
有项目成本管理经验者优先；
在推动结果、规划和协作方面有较强的能力；
良好的沟通与协作能力；
流利的英语沟通和书写；
