1.标准化工艺流程并按照ISO标准制定相应的作业指导书，以确保生产顺利进行。
Standardize the process and create related WI according to ISO’s requirement, provide technical resources to support manufacturing operations.
2.对所辖工艺进行技术指导，准确、及时地解决所辖工艺上遇到的问题。
Provide the technician support, and solve the problems encountered in the process in an accurate and timely manner.
3.参与原材料的认证、试用、使用工作，并协助处理各种用于产品加工的物料工艺技术要求，监控、评估物料使用质量，制定消耗标准。
Participate in the certification, trial and use of raw materials, and assist in handling various technical requirements of materials used for product processing, monitor and evaluate the quality of materials used, and formulate consumption standards.
4.协调各部门组织相应的产品试验，包括试验设计、试验数据采样、数据分析。
Coordinate related departments to organize corresponding product trail which including the trial design/ sample collection/ data collection and analysis.
5.在安全、质量、效率、成本、环境健康等方面，主导或参与持续改善。
Responsible for continuous process improvement in efficiency, safety, quality, cost and environmental aspects in their area.
6.参与设备选型及技术改进，设定合理的设备备件数量以确保设备正常运行。
Participate in equipment selection and technical improvement, and set a reasonable number of equipment spare parts to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
7.遵守公司环境、健康、安全的相关规定。
Should follow the environmental, health and safety procedures and WI.
1.本科及以上学历，理工科专业（化工、纺织、机械类专业优先）。Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Textile preferred but others will be considered.
2.两年以上相关工作经验。
More than two years’ experience of related Process engineer job is necessary.
3.高效、系统性地分析并解决问题的能力。
Effective, systematic, analyze and problem-solving skills.
4.良好的团队协作能力。
Good teamwork ability.
5.良好的英语听说读写能力以及沟通能力。
Effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels of the organization; between peers, management, and plant personnel.
6.良好的工艺管理能力，包括工艺文件编写、数据收集分析、Office软件熟练使用。
Good process management ability, including WI created/ collect and analyze data/knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office.
