Major Responsibilities
· R&D work primarily focused in poultry segment to develop new products or concepts for customer / market requirements
· Work with NWFN Chef on product presentations
· Design formula recipes and prepare physical samples
· Prepare samples for test / application trials within NWFN R&D or at customer site
· Provide real time trouble shooting
· R&D daily lab maintenance
· Follow and report on market trends, industry technology advances and professional information
· Willing to accept new assignments as needed and requested by Management
Qualifications
· B.S. degree or above in food science or process related
· 1-3 years or more work experience in food industry with R&D / Application work role
· Background in poultry, seafood or processed meat sectors preferred
· Self-discipline and self-management, takes initiative and motivated
· Ability to manage workload and prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines
· Can travel as needed on short-notice including non-work time / date
· Proficient English (oral & written)
· Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
· Team player with strong people skills, positive attitude and open personality
