1.Provide technical expertise for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of plant mechanical assets to improve equipment reliability and performance. Manage field maintenance activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
为工厂机械设备的检查、故障排除、维修和保养提供技术支持，以提高设备的可靠性和性能。负责现场维修工作的管理，确保维修工作安全、高效开展。
2.Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, turnaround activities, and corrective maintenance to safely maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.
计划和协调预防性维护、停产检修活动以及纠正性维护，以安全地最大化设备可用性和操作效率。
3.Develop, review, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) plans, job plans, frequencies, and task lists, Improve equipment maintenance standards, checklists, and technical records.

4.Lead equipment failure investigations and root cause analyses (RCA), implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring failures.

5.Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, safety, and lifecycle performance, and develop technical solutions and equipment upgrades to support continuous improvement.

6.Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians to improve technical skills and maintenance effectiveness.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Chemical Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
大学本科及以上学历，过程装备与控制工程或化工机械相关专业。
2.3-5 years of mechanical maintenance or reliability experience in chemical, process, or manufacturing industries.
3-5年在化工、工艺或制造行业的机械维护或可靠性经验。
3.Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, RCA, and equipment improvement projects.
有预防性维护、故障排除、根本原因分析和设备改进项目的经验。
4.Proficient in reading technical drawings and using SolidWorks/CAD for drafting and design.
能够阅读和理解技术图纸及规范，并熟练使用 SolidWorks、CAD （必须会）等软件进行图纸绘制和设计。
5.Good teamwork spirit and communication/coordination skills.
有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
