•Cooperate with R&D food technologist to write product specification, nutrition data, ingredient declaration, range formula and issue relevant information that customer requested based on NWF policy and regulation.
配合研发食品工程师写产品说明，营养成份数据，成分说明，规定范围内的配方和纽利味政策和法规规定范围内的客户要求的相关信息。
•Maintain proper computer and filing documentation for specification and all information that release to customer or government.
维护适当的电子版本和文件版本的数据信息以便提供给客户或政府。
•Work with R&D technologist and Q.C to ensure all ingredients in the formula as well as products can be meet Chinese foods regulation and customer requirement.
配合研发人员和质检人员的工作确保所有配方和产品中的成分符合中国食品法规和客户的要求。
•Work with purchasing and Q.C to verify new ingredient and supplier qualification.
配合采购和质检人员核实新的成分和供应商资质。
•Prepare and provide regulation related technical information services to customers. Maintain proper technical information communication with internal and external customers.
为客户准备和提供法规相关技术信息服务。维护内外部客户的技术信息沟通。
•Support sales, production, R&D, Quality and Compliance Department.
支持销售、生产、研发、质量和合规部。
•Report to Senior Compliance Manager
报告给合规经理。
Qualification: The candidate should have at least junior college degree or equivalent educational level and it’s preferred to have at least 2 years Q.C experience in processed food plant. The candidate should be familiar with Chinese Foods Additives Regulation and relevant policy issued by Chinese government. If candidate have some experience of export food to Japan, USA and Europe, it would be preferred. The candidate should have good English writing and speaking skill.
职位要求：应聘者应该具有本科以上学历或相关教育水平，并且最好具有食品生产工厂2年以上的质检工作经验。熟悉中国政府颁布的有关食品添加剂法规和相关政策。有食品出口日本、美国和欧洲的工作经验者优先考虑。该职位应具有较好的英语写作和口语能力。
