-Design and develop new platform for automotive systems<br/>
-为公司设计和开发新的产品<br/>
-Support demo build for the customers<br/>
-为客户做演示构建的支持<br/>
-Excellent knowledge in Connector Systems, wiring harness assemblies, over molded cables etc.<br/>
-精通或熟悉连接器系统、线束组装、包塑成型电缆等领域的相关技术知识<br/>
-Understand the value of best practices and apply best practices and other tools to drive business results.<br/>
-理解最佳解决问题方案的价值，并且运用最佳解决问题办法以及其它的工具来完善业务发展。<br/>
-Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, including expert utive communication and presentation skills<br/>
-简洁明了传递信息和建议，应拥有交流和展示的技能<br/>
-Support team (Europe and China) draw the Drawings.<br/>
-协助研发部门（包括欧洲和中国）获取客户的确切需求，协助研发部门制作相关的草板图纸<br/>
-Support team to tracking the documents' upgrade and upload<br/>
-协助团队追踪文件的更新和上传<br/>
-Support for meetings organization with different departments<br/>
-协助召开不同部门间的会议<br/>

Requirement:<br/>
- 5+ years of work experience in Automotive industry in R&D with focus to electronics or electro-mechanical products<br/>
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, APQP, QFD, DFMEA<br/>
- CAD design and CAE analysis tool application, PC application skill, MUST have the knowledge of CATIA<br/>
- Good analysis and communication skills<br/>
- Ability to work independently as well as a team member
