Duties and Responsibilities
1 Apply KT/RCA tools to improve the malfunction of electrical and instrument in the factory;
组织运用KT/RCA等工具分析改善工厂电仪故障；
2 Responsible for electrical modification, transformation project or complex maintenance work, service quality acceptance once completed;
负责电仪改善、改造项目或复杂的工作任务方案制定，和外部服务质量验收；
3 Participate in and instruct the maintenance work of electrical and instrument failure, give timely feedback, and coordinate to solve problems;
现场参与和指导重要设备或重复发生电仪维护工作，给与及时反馈，并协调解决问题发现；
4 Order and accept key equipment spare parts;
关键设备的部件确认采购和验收；
5 Provide technical support for work plan, including SOP, overhaul standard and safety plan;
为工作计划提供技术支持，包括：SOP, 明确检修内容、检修标准及安全方案;
6 Electrical and instrument equipment drawing and technical data archiving management;
电仪设备图纸绘制更新和技术资料归档管理；
7 Participate in FMEA analysis to develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategy;
参与FMEA分析，制定预防性和预测性维护策略；
8 Participate in making and implementing annual training for electrical technicians;
参与制定并实施技术员的年度技能培训计划；
9 Sign work tickets and supervise site safety;
签署作业票，并监督现场作业安全；
10 Other temporary assignments by line manager;

1 Bachelor degree, major in electrical automatization related ;
本科学历,电气自动化相关专业；
2 Be good at office software and CAD software;
熟练使用办公软件和绘图软件
3 Be familiar with electrical industrial standards related ;
熟悉电仪相关标准；
4 More than 8 years electrical & instrument maintenance experience in international chemical or food industrials；
8年外资化工或食品工厂电仪设备维护经验；
5 Verbal fluent in English ,be able to communicate with foreign engineers;
英语口语良好，能够和国外工程师沟通交流;
6 Having experience in lean operation, strong willingness lead team to analyze and improve;
熟悉精益生产，积极带领团队持续分析改善
7 Open-minded, result-oriented ,mutual respect and treat team members fairly;
