Overall Objectives of the Position 职位目标
• Utility technician will lead the shift ensure the Utility system daily operation smoothly meet GMP and Merck standard.
公用技术员将会作为班长确保公用系统日常平稳运行符合GMP及默克标准
• This position will ensure the efficacious preventive maintenance for related utility equipment
该职位需确保相应公用设备有效的预防性维护
• Supervise the utility work of external service supplier to compliant with the quality and EHS requirement
参与公用系统服务外部供应商的日常监督，使符合质量和安全的要求
• As the shift leader，analysis the running status of utility system and give the improvement suggestion
作为值班组长,能独立分析总结公用系统的运行状况，并提出合理化改进建议
Main Tasks 主要职责
• Actively participate in quality culture building and quality related activities
积极参与工厂的质量文化建设和质量相关活动
• Actively report quality related events and participate in continuous quality improvement activities
主动汇报质量相关事件，积极参与工厂的质量持续改进的活动
• Utility System operation: Ensure all the utility system smooth operation followed GMP and Merck standard.
公用工程运行：确保所有的公用系统按照GMP和默克内部标准稳定运行
• Perform Preventive maintenance for utility system according to the plan
按照预防维修计划对公用系统执行维护保养
• Support and perform the period test/re-validation of related Utility equipment.
配合与执行公用系统相应设备的定期测试/再验证
• Compliance: Ensure utility activities comply with SOP, GMP and other related regulatory. Comply with site EHS policy and SOP. Assures for work to meet the 6S requirement in utility area.
符合性：确保所有日常工作符合SOP，GMP和其他法规的要求，遵守公司的EHS和SOP规定。确保公用系统现场符合6S要求。
• Project : Participate in/Support SAT, installation, commissioning, qualification, modification of related utility equipment and system.
项目：参与和支持公用系统相关的现场验收，安装，调试，确认，改造活动
• Communication : build good relationships and properly communication with EHS, Quality, Production and Laboratory etc.
沟通：与EHS，质量，生产，实验室人员建立良好的关系和妥善的沟通
• Others: Actively participate in training activities in the company; Other assignments from superior
其他：主动参加公司组织的培训，完成上级布置的其他工作。
Education and Qualification Required 教育背景及任职要求
• Education:/教育背景
College degree or above
大专或以上学历
• Working Experience:/工作经验
1. At least 3 years work experience of Utility system, experience in pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.
至少三年公用系统工作经验，有制药工厂经验优先考虑
2. Have good technical knowledge about utility system, such as operation, maintenance or trouble shooting skill.
有良好的公用工程技术知识如操作，维护或故障解决的能力
3. Adapt to shift work
能适应倒班工作
• Technical & Professional Knowledge/技术和专业知识
Hold the operation certificate such as pressure vessel/pipeline operator, high voltage，electrical etc. is preferred
拥有公用系统运行证书（如压力容器/管道操作证、电工证、高配证等）优先考虑
Basic capacity of English reading, drawing reading and operate Windows & word.
基本英语阅读能力，图纸阅读能力以及基本Windows系统操作能力并能使用word等常用软件。
