1. Connector & Cable design and project management.
2.Fixture & Tooling Drawings generated .
3. Fixture design / installation for new products or production lines update supporting if necessary.
4. Work with the team to define the equipment requirement spec, schedule and quality spec for NPI engineers
5. Work with the team to study the feasibility and cost for new equipment or equipment upgrading.
6. Handle the detailed mechanical structure.
8.Work out contingency plan or backup solution to help NPI engineer tooling preparation from sample stage to small volume production & work with ME for Mass production run necessary
9.Trouble shooting from tooling/ fixture of processing is necessary .
10. Work with other parties to ensure product running smooth under NPI pilot run production .
11.Tooling/fixture receiving, validating/verifying and feedback if have any problem with the fixture.
12. Preventive Maintenance Plan for all the machines and assembly lines, carry out maintenance strictly and punctually.
13.Coordinate with NPI/Process team to support NPI lines running smoothly.
1. University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related.
2.Minimum 6 years relevant working experience of tooling/ fixture design with solid work or Pro-Eng & Autocad knowledge in manufacturing field, Cable assembled industry experience is preferred.
3.Project management skills
4. English skills in reading, written, oral.
