1. Be responsible for Manufacturing training system building and maintain.
2. Good connection between Manufacturing, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain and HR team on Customer Audit and Management System.
3. Manufacturing employee engagement activity to shape the culture. Including Momentive Care Program, Momentive Learning and Sharing etc.
4. Support on developing manufacturing talent pipeline development program and Frontline leadership enhancement.
5. Support on HR compliance requirements for manufacturing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1 years’ experience as HR Specialist/Generalist in multi-national company
• Experience/knowledge for training management system building and maintain.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work and partner effectively with others
• Demonstrated strong reading and written communication skills in English, Can communicate in oral English.
